By downloading, installing, or using Period Tracker Elowen (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App

Period Tracker Elowen is provided by Augustin Villetard ("we," "us," or "our"). The App is provided for private, local-first menstrual cycle and health tracking.

Subscriptions

• Period Tracker Elowen offers auto-renewing subscriptions on a weekly and annual basis, as described in the App and at the point of purchase.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase (subject to any price changes we notify you of in advance, where required by law).
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings, after purchase. See the App's Settings screen for a direct link to subscription management.
• No refund will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription term except as required by law or Apple's refund policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the App's subscription or entitlement mechanisms.
• Use the App in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair its functioning.

Intellectual property

The App and its original content (excluding user-provided content, if any) are and remain the exclusive property of Augustin Villetard.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Augustin Villetard does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Augustin Villetard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
